We stumbled on this little local gem by the beach, and it became the highlight of our day. The setting was peaceful and pleasant, just right for a relaxed meal. The food was fresh and delicious, and the welcome and service were especially lovely. My husband really enjoyed the rakia, a perfect traditional touch. We’ll definitely be back soon!

We loved drifting off to the sound of waves at this affordable, clean hotel right on the beach. It’s simple but nice. My only complaint is that the beds felt too soft to me, though others may not mind.

I tried the kavarma and shell with rice, and both were delicious. The cake with chocolate and ice cream was lovely too. A nice spot for lunch or dinner, and I’ll definitely come back.

Kabakum Beach is popular with locals, and the beachfront setting is perfect. This is excellent budget accommodation between Varna and Golden Sands. The rooms are simple and comfortable, the air conditioning works very well, and the Wi-Fi is stable and fast enough for remote work. Bus 409 stops at Pisatel and goes to Varna city and airport or Golden Sands for BGN 1.60. Check Moovit for times. You can also walk along the coast to Saints Constantine Helena for more restaurants. The accommodation’s own restaurant is good too, with delicious traditional Bulgarian meals. I really appreciated that the rooms were cleaned once a day.

We’ll keep coming back here! It’s the best place to eat in the area, I think. The food is tasty, portions are big, prices are low, and the staff are a real gem.
