Hotel Idol

I stay at Hotel Idol whenever work brings me to Targovishte. It's a welcoming place that still feels professional, and the rooms are consistently clean, comfortable, and equipped for business trips. The restaurant is a real highlight, with reliably tasty food, plenty of choice, and friendly service. I'd recommend it for work or a leisure visit.

The breakfast was a pleasure, with lots of options, two drinks to choose from, and a really generous, delicious portion that could easily feed two. Our room was beautiful and stylish, very comfortable, and even had a cozy blanket and a lovely smell. There was a Raffaello as a little welcome treat, plus tea, coffee, sugar, and an electric kettle. The bathroom had soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, and very soft towels. Cleaning was perfect, and breakfast was included. Such a lovely visit. Five stars!

The hotel feels new and modern, with a stylish elevator too. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and spoke English. It's very close to the city centre, has plenty of free parking managed by the hotel, and serves breakfast and dinner in its cozy restaurant. For the price and quality, this was the best deal we've found so far. Our spacious room was very clean and had what we needed: an electric kettle, coffee, tea and sugar, quirky cups, teaspoons, glasses, a hairdryer, toiletries, extra pillows and duvets, plus a minibar. I totally recommend it.

We called Hotel Idol directly to book, and arrived without any hassle. I also appreciated that the advertised price was the same everywhere. Different prices across booking sites really annoy me. Thank you for a lovely stay. I hadn't expected to find a hotel like this in Targovishte. The room was large, clean, and modern, and both dinner and breakfast were first class. The staff were excellent, especially our waitress, Rossi, who made both meals a real pleasure. It was a welcome change from the usually miserable service I get in Sofia. If I come back to Targovishte, I'll stay here.
