Hotel Diana took us in early in the morning without any trouble after heavy autumn rains in 2025 flooded our apartment. The service was great.

That chicken soup barely tasted like chicken, and the chicken with mash was dry. I waited a long time for my Thracian Chicken, which was above average, but it arrived with a fly on it. We were greeted by a woman who seemed unhappy at work. Don't bother, go down the road for a kebab.

The restaurant was awful. We waited 40 minutes for simple fries, and part of the order never came. My chicken steak was far too salty, while some of the other dishes had no taste. 🙄 I can't speak for the hotel.

Being near the beach is a plus, but the traffic makes the location noisy. The bathroom was terrible: water kept covering the floor, the shower had a few small problems, and the door was transparent. Some staff weren't polite either. If I return to Tsarevo, I'll find somewhere else.

The staff started a huge argument right in front of us while we were waiting to be served. One was stomping around, throwing cigarettes and other things, and tore off her apron. It was really bad and ruined our meal!
