Kirovi Guest House

A very nice hotel, with clean rooms and friendly hosts.

It's close to the center, but the hotel is on a main street and it's quite noisy. The road and bus stop are handy for getting to Arapya beach. The city beach isn't an option.

The room turned out to be just right for the three of us, though we worried it might feel cramped. The hosts are very nice, and there's a 24-hour supermarket downstairs. My one suggestion would be to put a small broom and shovel in the rooms, since it's hard not to bring sand inside when you're at the seaside.

I booked this house through Booking, but none of what was written turned out to be true. Pets were present, despite my special request when booking, and it seemed they were allowed only as decoration. The listing said no prepayment was needed, then an email suddenly asked me to pay most of the amount. The private host, a young man, repeated for five minutes that he'd sent an email. When I asked whether we'd be accommodated, he said, “Well, no...” Extremely unreliable host. He doesn't deserve a good rating.
