Could've been worse :)

The room smelled like a dirty dog as soon as I walked in. The shower cubicle was so cramped there was barely room to turn, let alone shower. The bathroom sink was partly blocked and filled up as I used it. The water heater and the terrace tap both dripped, and I couldn't adjust the air conditioner temperature.

I called, then a man uploaded the price to the booking site without even introducing himself.
