8/10
A warm welcome from the manager came in the form of a note, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were polite and helpful, and the small room was comfortable. It’s a quiet little hotel between the central pedestrian streets and the Sea Garden, right in the center but away from the crowds. The price felt a bit high for the quality, and parking is limited.

4/10
The beds were perfect, and the rooms and bathrooms are well designed. It’s in a good location, with a nice breakfast, though the breakfast room is rather dark. The reception and concierge could be much more welcoming and hospitable, and the TV channel selection is limited.

10/10
We stayed five nights and didn’t have a single complaint. For a very reasonable nightly price, you get a lot of luxury, and the hotel is close to both the beach and the town center. We had an amazing stay.

It feels a bit dated, but everything worked and the place was clean. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast had both cooked and continental options. Convenient for the beach restaurants and the boutique shops downtown. A pleasant stay.

2/10
The location is perfect, right by the Sea Garden, and the rooms are decent and look clean. But the staff were the worst I’ve experienced so far. They ignored me, never greeted me or asked how things were, and at check-in just handed over a key without explaining breakfast hours, Wi-Fi, amenities, or anything else. I had to ask every question myself. At one point the elevator was broken, with no warning sign. I was trying to call it while staff stood nearby and said nothing.
