Caprice Family Hotel

The photos don't do this lovely place justice. It's within walking distance of the beach, and everything was extremely clean. The air conditioning, shower, and everything else worked well. Most of all, the staff were incredibly helpful. They checked me in after 6 pm on the same day and helped with things beyond their job. I highly recommend it!

The owner gave me a good explanation when I checked in at night, and getting in and finding the room key was very easy. The place is 7 km from the airport. Unfortunately, the rooms are old and have only the strict minimum. I didn't see anyone else. I just put the key back in the same place and left after my night.

The staff were the best part of staying here. The man with the beard spoke English very well and helped with every question we had. The room was clean, and the AC made it more bearable. The beds were really uncomfortable, though. Finding an extra pillow in the room, after a staff member told me about it, did help me sleep more comfortably. The owners should try lying on the beds in room number 21 to see what guests deal with. They should also consider replacing the curtains, since the room gets super bright at sunrise and they don't do much to block the light. Overall, the hotel was OK.

After a night flight to Varna, I was able to contact reception through Viber. The instructions for entering the hotel and getting into the room were clear and easy to follow.
