Grifid Hotel Vistamar - Ultra All Inclusive

My son has a severe allergy, and the team were very attentive and responsive, making sure he could eat safely without any problems. Thank you, we’d be happy to come back. The food and drinks were delicious and varied, the room was clean, and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Everything was just as expected.

We chose the Concept Room Adults Only package, which included a room with a breathtaking view and access to the rooftop and its à la carte restaurant. That really added something special to our stay. Kiril, Erik, and Widi gave exceptional service, and we’re grateful for their part in making the hotel stay such a success. We’ll definitely recommend the establishment and the rooftop.

From 1st of May to 4th, we stayed in a Concept room at Vistamar Hotel, Grifid line, Golden Sands, with a great view and location. We travel a lot, so we’re hard to impress, but we felt lucky to be welcomed there this spring. Our meals were mostly in our own Concept space at the Skybar on the 12th floor, so we didn’t try the main restaurant often. When we did, we enjoyed the staff’s warmth, professionalism, and patience, along with the good food and relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is right on the beach, with views from sunrise to sunset. Special evenings featuring Italian, French, and Fusion cuisine were served in a stylish, elevated setting that made us feel special. The Skybar staff were amazingly good at what they did and were there for guests from early morning. Zoia guided us and helped us discover the best of the location with endless kindness and support. The Coffee Shop was a dream, with some of the best coffee and cakes ever. We were so taken with the place that we made another reservation before leaving, for this summer in July, with help from the most wonderful Manager we’ve ever encountered. Vistamar is more than a hotel. It’s an experience everyone should have at least once in their lifetime.

Gorgeous hotel. I needed help with electric charging for the car, and Hristo from reception was polite and helpful. He kept working on it until he had an answer for us.
