Kamelia deserves a huge thank you for such great service. The staff are kind, dependable, and available around the clock. The rooms are on the small side but feel cozy, and the setting is quiet and peaceful, just right for relaxing. I’ll definitely return.

We arrived with a reservation, only to be left out on the street without a room because they had given ours to someone else. The staff were dishonest and completely incompetent. Be careful.

For $26, the one-bed suite is fine for a night, and you get what you pay for. Everything was clean, including the bed and towels, and there was a hair dryer, AC, and a few things in the minibar. A bit more attention to dust in the bathroom would help, but it’s acceptable at that price.

Our room hadn’t been cleaned during our stay, and it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived either. There was a toenail on the floor that definitely wasn’t ours. The rooms are cramped and covered in mirrors, which is a strange way to try to make them feel bigger. We were charged two and a half times the usual amount because it was Sunday, and had to pay everything up front. There’s only one parking spot, so they sent us to another hotel to find a card for a different car park, 10-15 minutes away. Breakfast costs 7 BGN per person, which is hard to believe for a 2-star hotel.
