The rooms are dated, but comfortable and clean, with a nice balcony and air conditioning. Prices are very good, and the beach or center is about 10 minutes away. The staff, especially the day manager, were friendly and professional and made our family holiday unforgettable.

We stayed at hotel Yo for a holiday in 2018, three years ago. Since the new owners took over, it looks much better and has been renovated. The staff are friendly, and it's clean, quiet and cosy, close to the beach, with fresh food and a new menu. The pool area is perfect for relaxing if you don't want to go to the beach.

The room was filthy, sandy and clearly hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests. The bathroom was also left dirty. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, and the mattress might be older than I am. I've never slept on worse pillows. We took one from the wardrobe and it was dirty too. I'll never return or recommend this place.

The breakfast buffet was superb, and the smallish pool was perfectly adequate, very clean, with comfortable sunbeds, umbrellas and poolside service. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and all the staff were pleasant, helpful and so nice. The receptionist was fantastic, smiling, happy, friendly and multilingual, a real asset and the heartbeat of the hotel! Great spot near bars and beaches. I'd definitely stay again.

The boss and staff were disrespectful and seemed not to know what they were doing. One employee was kind and caring, but she got fired. The boss was rude and didn't seem to know how to run a hotel. She picked favorites and had her desk workers do jobs that weren't even assigned to them. I recommend never coming here.
