Reverence Hotel

The studio was modern and very clean, and housekeeping came to the door every day or two to clean, which was nice. Breakfast was included, all-inclusive. The hotel is right in the city centre, about 5-7 minutes from shops and restaurants, and roughly a 15-minute walk from the beach. I found it a nice place to stay.

The staff were very polite and helpful, and breakfast in the pleasant restaurant was excellent. Rooms were spacious, very clean, and had cozy beds. The hotel is central and close to the sea garden. I'd strongly recommend staying here in Varna.

The hotel's location was the one redeeming point, but it couldn't make up for the poor service, wrong information, and facilities that weren't working. We booked two rooms over the phone and were assured twice, including when we called to confirm, that parking was available. On arrival, we learned that the three spots were already occupied. The elevator was out, so we had to carry five suitcases up four floors, including for an elderly person who struggled with the stairs. On the second day it was broken again. The A/C in both rooms couldn't be regulated properly. The reception area was cramped and check-in took too long. When we asked for the manager, we were told he wasn't available. A very disappointing experience.

Elitsa welcomed us and was so kind during check-in. She also gave us restaurant recommendations and advice for nearby places. The room was a good size, with a clean bed and bathroom. I still don't get why hotels leave the shower without a screen, so water goes everywhere. Thanks for making our short stay so sweet!
