Hotel Excelsior

The beach is huge and clean, and the water was clean too. There was plenty of free room on the sand, so we bought a small umbrella for €7 and a large towel for €7 instead of paying €25 for two cushioned sunbeds and an umbrella. The beach loungers are expensive, though that's not the hotel's fault: it has no private beach and can't control those prices. We had enough sunbeds and space by the pool as well. At the hotel, everything delighted us: it has a family feel, is exceptionally clean, and the staff are kind, dedicated, and unobtrusive. The food was abundant, varied, and very tasty. We were in Bulgaria for the first time and stayed only a week, which felt too short. Next year we'll come for two weeks. We'll happily return to the same hotel and recommend it wholeheartedly.

We had fun taking part in different activities with the pool animation team, and the beach wasn't far away. The pool was very clean and felt safe. The rooms were clean, the food was good, and the staff were very polite, especially at reception. The hotel was amazing, what more could you ask for?

The animation team kept us entertained with some really interesting activities for a hotel this size, and they helped us with everything. The staff treated me and my family with a lot of respect. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the food was great too. The chef did a great job cooking. Special thanks to the team 🫶!

I liked the location, since my friends and I could go for walks. The staff were polite and helpful, and I really enjoyed chatting with the animators about Naruto. The food was delicious, the rooms were nice and clean, and I had an amazing vacation.
