8/10
We had a spacious, clean room with a lovely sea view, and the large double bed was comfortable. The food was good and varied, the fruit fresh and good quality, and drinks were available nonstop, which was handy. Some things didn't feel up to a four-star standard, though. Service was uneven, and the desserts looked appealing but lacked flavor and seemed to use low-quality ingredients. With 14 floors and only two elevators, waits got long when it was busy. The parking was far away, and the route there went through a bushy area full of litter. The air conditioning also didn't cool well, and its outdoor unit was very dusty. When we reported it, staff added a card system so the unit would run even when the room was empty instead of cleaning it.

The kids had a great time on the water slides, and we were impressed by how delicious the food was. We also appreciated how kind and professional the staff were, and how much they did to make our vacation special. The atmosphere was lovely and the hotel was comfortable. We had a wonderful stay, and we're very grateful for an unforgettable holiday.

We'd booked two rooms, but while we were on the road with just an hour left before reaching the hotel, they cancelled the reservations. The odd part is that I'd received a message that morning with the check-in and check-out times. A terrible experience.

The room looked good and the food was okay, though the pool was small. What really bothered us was having groups of children at camp there at the same time, yelling and running everywhere. It was very disturbing. Mixing tourist groups with small children in camp isn't okay.

We had a very pleasant stay. Most of the staff were polite, and Penka was especially helpful and nice. She always left our rooms clean.
