The good parts came first: the staff were calm, friendly and patient, and even though we arrived late, they knew we were coming and had food waiting. The traditional dishes were cooked perfectly. Nothing modern or luxurious, just a few things we tried that were all delicious and reminded me of my grandma's cooking 🍳. Our room on the 10th floor had a wonderful view of the sea 🌊 and the whole resort. But the main reason we booked was the thermal mineral pool, and that was a letdown. It was meant to be 32-36, while the thermometer in the water showed 27. The pool felt cold, the shower there only had cold water, and the walls were extremely dirty, with grime changing them from blue to orange. Absolutely disgusting. My wife wouldn't go near the edges because she didn't want to touch the walls. The building as a whole has fallen into disrepair. I saw different rates for renovated and standard rooms, so it looks like some money is going into renovations. I hope management can freshen the place up before it's too late. Such a shame 😞.

The sea views and setting among the surrounding parks are lovely, and the hotel itself has great architecture and a good location. The newer hotels built right on the beach spoil the nature, though that's not the hotel's fault. Staff could be a little friendlier, but for the price it's a nice place to stay.

Quiet, cozy and wonderful, with very kind staff, excellent food and a magnificent view. If you aren't after glitz and luxury, this is the place. Recommend!

The thermal water pool is great for everyone. The hotel is also very well placed, close to the beach and almost in the center of town. It's a tall building, so the upper floors have a lovely view over the sea and the whole area. There are plenty of parking spaces too.

Avoid this place. I booked 6 nights all inclusive at Residence, but at reception they put me in Palace on a half-board plan. After 2days they understood the mistake and switched me to all inclusive, but I was still in the wrong room. They offered free spa as compensation, which I didn't accept. I'll take all necessary steps to recover my loss. In one word: avoid.
