The staff were helpful and easy to communicate with, which made a real difference to the peace of mind I want on vacation. We liked our stay. The hotel is right at the entrance to Golden Sands, with spacious, clean rooms and balconies. There's also a private parking area, and while it costs extra, it's a big advantage if you don't know the region. They may send someone who knows who's protecting the public parking areas.

The staff were kind to us, and for the price I think this hotel is worth it. The grounds and pool were clean, and the AC worked great, though the Wi-Fi was completely useless. Our room wasn't very clean, with sand in both the bathroom and main room, and one drain was extremely dirty. The bathroom fixtures barely worked and need replacing. Breakfast was disappointing, with very little choice, and they stopped replenishing it early. We stayed two nights in August. Walking to the beach takes around 15 minutes, depending on your pace.

Our room was spacious and nice, and it had air conditioning. The area is quite noisy, though. We also had trouble communicating because the staff didn't speak English.

Getting to the center means taking the bus, and the last one back to the hotel is around 9 pm. After that, a taxi from the center can cost about 15 euros. If you're fine with an hour on the bus and don't need to go into the center at night, it's a great experience for the value.

Our room was big and very nice, and it was cleaned daily. The pool was fine and the water was good. Food started out okay for the first two days, but after that it got dry, seemed like leftovers from previous days, and there were only a few choices.
