The bathroom layout would be a dealbreaker for me, especially on a stay longer than two days. The sink and mirror are outside the bathroom, just two tiles from the carpet, so trimming a beard or hair leaves the mess on the carpet. The shower and toilet are in separate sections, and the floor in the toilet area slopes the wrong way. Water pools there for hours after a shower, even though there’s a drain. The maids know about it and mop the water up when they clean. Apart from that, it’s a great place, with good staff and location. The rooms are clean and cosy, the beds are superb, and I slept like a king. My view was of the Cornish garden, and the staff were courteous and nice. The restaurant has a very high standard of food and service, and breakfast was close to perfect.

We travel for work and stay in a lot of hotels, so we’ve got plenty to compare it with. This was the best hotel experience we’ve had, including when we came with our child. The staff were kind and thoughtful, and all the little details felt carefully considered. The food and cleanliness were spot on. I’ve never seen this much care at a hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough. When we come to Varna, I won’t stay anywhere else.

I was very happy with my stay and will definitely come back. The location is great, near a beautiful park and the sea, and the room was spacious and very clean. There was even a small fridge in the room stocked with drinks and treats. Prices were affordable, and the staff were very polite with amazing customer service. Breakfast was delicious and had a huge variety, almost like a big lunch. Everything was fresh, including the produce and juices 🥤.

The rooms facing the street or park can be noisy, so keep that in mind. The location is excellent, with everything within walking distance, and the service and breakfast were fantastic. Rooms are posh.

The room was on the small side, and you can hear outside noise if you’re on the exterior side. Still, the location is great and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I was pleased with my stay.
