There are lots of tables and benches around the property where you can eat, chat, or just sit in the shade. From the balcony you can see the sea and the sunrise over it. The host is attentive, tactful, and sociable. There are plenty of places nearby to get food and drinks, grab a snack or a bribe, or simply sit in the shade.

You feel at home, like you're staying with a good friend. The host is always smiling, and the garden is gorgeous. It's a quiet area in a perfect spot for watching the sunrise. The host gives great directions to beaches for every mood, from lively ones to wild beaches. Restaurants nearby are easy to get to and serve exceptional food. There's a kitchen, terrace, garden, parking, and pool.

The green grounds are lovely, with a pool, swings and a slide for children, and the views are beautiful. Rooms are cleaned and towels changed free once a week, and the setting is quiet and away from crowds. Getting to the closest beach means walking up and down several stairs, so it won't work well with a stroller. That beach is small and rocky at the water's edge; Kabakum is the better option, about a brisk 15-minute walk away, though there are stairs on that route too. The apartment felt small, laundry costs extra, and the kitchen was short on utensils. We had to buy a bowl and ask for a frying pan, and the dishwasher didn't work. Breakfast was a bit unusual and may not suit everyone.

The green garden and pool make the villa appealing for families, and cleaning and linen changes are free, with towels supplied weekly. But the advertised 200-meter walk to the beach involves stairs that are very hard to manage with little kids, a stroller, or luggage. There's a detour, though it takes around 25-30 minutes. The nearby beach is so rocky that swimming felt unsafe for children and adults alike. Kabakum is a good beach about a 15-minute walk away. In the apartment, the dishwasher was broken and there weren't enough dishes. Breakfast was sparse and not very interesting.
