The narrow street has 2-3 parking spots out front, and the location was good value for the money. The hotel and room were quite cold, but we managed to warm things up with the AC. Breakfast was included, though there weren’t many hot options. There was only a boiled egg, and the plates seemed to be set out by default.

The service was awesome. There’s no parking, but if you ask, they’ll make sure you have a spot close to the hotel. They’ll literally move the garbage containers so you can park. I left my phone charger in the room, but that wasn’t a problem. I called, and they mailed it to me the same day. The hotel is right in the middle of the old town, a great choice if you want to soak up the atmosphere of the magical Turnov GRAD!

Be very careful with this hotel. They said there were no parking spaces when I arrived and told me to leave my car at the edge of the street, calling that the “hotel parking.” The next day, I found my car vandalized. They wouldn’t answer my emails or try to find a solution, and they didn’t even want to call or submit a complaint to police. They lied to booking about offering free public spaces, and, as expected, booking is taking no action. To top it off, breakfast was made with cheap food.

I ordered a double bed but got a room with three single beds. The receptionist was nice, but gave a lot of wrong information and had no maps. There was no full-length mirror, and the hot water only lasted for one shower. Breakfast was poor and cold. The street is difficult for a car, and a big car couldn’t get there. I give it two stars: one for the location, close to the square, and the other for the beautiful view from the rooms.

The room wasn’t very clean, but the receptionist was very good and helpful. Parking is a big problem because the car isn’t allowed to park here.
