We’ve stopped at this hotel a couple of times on our way to Greece and always had a great time. The food in the restaurant is really good, the prices are decent, and there’s a decent swimming pool. It’s clean, too. The city centre is close enough for a good walk after a delicious meal. I’d love it if management considered installing a charging station for electric and PHEV cars.

The location is far from the centre, but I like that it’s near the forest. There’s also a lovely playground that looks awesome at night with the green light 💚. It doesn’t really feel like a five-star place. The room and sauna were okay, the food was good, and the personnel were very nice. A few small details could use improvement, but I’m giving five stars as encouragement.

We were impressed by the hotel’s modern style, gorgeous bathrooms, and comfortable beds and sheets. The service, rooms, restaurant, and spa all exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was delicious, with both hot and continental options. They provide slippers and towels, and bathrobes can be rented at reception for 7 leva. The value for the price is right on point. Definitely recommend!

We got to the restaurant at 9:30 PM and ordered food and dessert. Twenty minutes later, we were still waiting for the food, but all the desserts were already on the table. When I asked to have the food first, they said the kitchen closed at 10:30 PM and they couldn’t keep the desserts. It was only 9:50 PM, still 40 minutes before closing, and the food wasn’t ready. I asked if they could at least put the ice cream in the fridge until the food arrived, but they said they couldn’t. We were literally expected to leave it on the table until it melted or eat it before our meal. The food came another 20 minutes after the desserts. The food itself was okay, but the service and management were execrable.

We had a good stay, and the service for our 2022 wedding was even better. The staff made sure our wedding party had everything we needed throughout the three-day weekend, and the restaurant worked well with our planner. They served two special menu dinners that went down very well, one for the welcome dinner and one for the reception. The restaurant’s small, intimate indoor area was perfect for our party of 40. The rooms were plain but comfortable and clean. The mattresses were very stiff, though typical for EU accommodation. The breakfast buffet was included, well varied, and tasty. We’d stay there again.
