The room was enormous and very clean, with a comfy bed and pillow. The owners were helpful and quick to respond. There's a full kitchen downstairs, and all the sights are within walking distance.

The host couldn't have been more helpful or fair. When we were running late, he drove us in his own car to the bus station, which is almost outside Veliko Turnovo. The room was clean and spacious, and the location was fantastic, close to the best restaurants and places to visit. Two thumbs up, I recommend this guest house!

The staff were very helpful, and the hotel is central. Our room was large and good, and they provided free pickup and drop-off.
