A great place, with good amenities.

The location works well, near the park and center, with an eco-trail to Gergevana. From the terrace and bedroom there’s a lovely view of the park, and the apartment looks like the photos. The rooms are large and relatively clean. Heating is good, with two air conditioners and two convectors, and there’s hot water. The boiler heats quickly. The appliances do work, though not properly. In my view, it’s fine for sleeping but not really for cooking. The stove and burners should be replaced, along with the extractor hood, which sounds like a tractor. A larger fridge with a freezer would help too. I’d also suggest changing the TV provider, perhaps to eon, and fixing the cracked walls. Those improvements could surely attract more customers.
