Small but cozy, with helpful, friendly staff.

The photo makes the hotel look a little better than it is, and the river isn't there anymore. Still, it's in a convenient spot and the price is good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast, made to order, was okay, and the staff were friendly and spoke good English.

Everything in the room worked just fine. It was clean and cozy, and the staff were generous and friendly.

We spent three weeks at the Riverside hotel and had a wonderful time. The staff took good care of us, especially Emile and Margeretha. Some of them spoke English very well, and they knew the city and had good recommendations. Breakfast was tasty and good quality. When work meant we couldn't make it in time, they prepared breakfast to go for us.

A week before my trip, they called to cancel my reservation because of renovation work. I'd booked a week earlier, so they should have known they wouldn't have capacity. I'm disappointed with their service.
