Even with a Booking.com reservation, it took us 35 minutes from arriving at the hotel to getting into our room. It was the longest and most ridiculous check-in I’ve ever had. Congratulations to Stoyan at reception for making it the longest check-in we’ve ever experienced. The hotel should be more careful about who it hires. The location is good, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

I got there at midnight and booked a room, but it was freezing. The air conditioner couldn’t warm it up by morning. I also had to waste almost half a cubic meter of water before I could get hot water. There was a spider on the bed, and the mattress sagged in the middle.

The food was excellent, the staff were really friendly, and the prices were very affordable. A great restaurant and definitely worth a visit.

The sheets were dirty, and the room smelled awful. When you shower, the water runs into the bedroom.

The hotel restaurant is a nice place, but the food quality is low.
