It's a lovely spot in the picturesque village of Leshten, with breathtaking views and warm, clean rooms. The hosts are accommodating, and the food is tasty at reasonable prices. Their in-house restaurant makes it easy to get a good dinner even in the off season, when many other places may be closed. Well worth the stay. What more could you ask for?

Worst service I've ever had, and the worst review I've ever written. Stay away. The hotel's “breakfast” was one pastry and a juice. The “pool” was a bath full of bees that we couldn't use. The floor in one room was covered in ants, and the bathroom smelled bad, with flies coming from the drain. They refused to refund us, even though they promised on the first day that they would for that room. At checkout they started yelling at us. I stayed in the other room and slept on the couch. They only agreed to refund us, if they would have, if we cancelled our booking and didn't leave a review. We refused.

The place itself is amazing, but the host really messed things up for us. We paid for two nights and arrived very late at night. He said we could leave at noon on Sunday, but then interrupted our breakfast and told us we had to go because another booking was coming. There was no notice, call, or anything. Very unprofessional. I'd recommend booking another house in the area.

The colourful garden, pool on the property, and warm, clean rooms made for a lovely stay. Wonderful hosts, views, atmosphere, and energy here.
