Wiam and NuRun made the buffet one of the best parts of our stay. Both were professional, attentive, genuinely warm, and quick to anticipate what we needed. They checked in at good moments and greeted us with sincere smiles. They’re a real credit to the hotel, and their service reflected the high hospitality standards it aims for. The buffet itself was impressive, with fresh, flavorful options for different tastes, attractive presentation, and plenty of food. Cleanliness and food temperature were well managed. The welcoming, organized atmosphere made for a very enjoyable meal. I’d highly recommend the hotel, especially for the dining and the staff’s service.

Ms wiam, mr Nurun, and chef Antony helped make this a wonderful stay. The food was delicious, the rooms were comfortable, and everyone was friendly. Ramada brings together comfort and elegance, with beautiful interiors, a relaxing setting, and excellent service. It was one of my best hotel experiences. Clean, comfortable, and good for work or leisure. I can’t wait to come back.

The return ride to the airport was a mess. They packed so many people into one minivan that there was no proper luggage space, and bags had to be stacked at the front and along the passageway. I’m not sure whether that was the airline’s or hotel’s responsibility, but they should have used more vehicles if needed. The van looked overloaded. I was put up here because of a Gulf Air flight delay, with transport, meals, and accommodation provided. The airport pickup was in a minivan. Check-in was fine, but lunch was a poor spread, so I barely ate. The room was decent, suite-like with a sofa, and I slept okay, though some drawers wouldn’t close properly. The bathroom needs attention, especially the shower. The marble-like floor gets slippery when wet, and with soap on it I nearly fell twice. At breakfast, the cafe seemed understaffed. Most tables were still covered with used plates and cutlery even though the place wasn’t busy, so I sat at an uncleared table. The food was average, and no one was at the omelette station for ten minutes, so I had to wait. I also tried the sauna and steam room. The power had been off, and after staff turned it on I waited ten minutes without much heat. The sauna was only warm and didn’t make me sweat; the steam room was foggy but not hot, and its wall felt cold. The jacuzzi pools weren’t appealing either. One was kind of cold, and the other had cloudy water, so I didn’t try it. The locker room was locked, and when it was opened it seemed more like a storage room. The hotel name and official photos look nice, but they didn’t match what I saw. There’s work to do, though luckily I only stayed one night. Staff were pretty okay. The lounge and room were basically fine, but the facilities and service let it down.

Mr. Nurun’s help made this stay memorable. He went out of his way to make things smooth, offered useful information, and made sure I felt welcome. His warm manner, professionalism, and readiness to help really stood out. The hotel was clean, comfortable, relaxing, and had excellent amenities. I highly recommend Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Amwaj Islands, and appreciate the care Mr. Nurun showed. He’s a real asset to the team.
