Address Residences Marassi Vista

We booked Address Residences Marassi Vista for 6 nights because our house is in an area that feels unsafe amid the bombing situation in Bahrain. We needed comfort and basic hospitality during a stressful time, but the service was unacceptable, even though the property itself looks clean and impressive. Housekeeping came only once in our 7 days and 6 nights. When I asked politely, the receptionist embarrassed me and said bluntly that the policy had changed and I should “check with the owner.” The owner said she knew of no such policy. I also asked for a toothbrush. The staff member told me, “Ma’am, this is a residence. Whatever you have is a compliment from the owner. If you want one, you should pay 2.5 BD.” The blunt way it was said made a basic request feel like begging. I asked where I could sit and work on my laptop. Reception said there were no facilities and suggested the reception area. Later, I found chairs, couches, and tables on the first floor near the pool and gym, with indoor and outdoor seating that would have worked perfectly. The reception staff were repeatedly dismissive, unfriendly, and unhelpful, even when I had a small question. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome every time I approached them. For a place marketed as high-end, the hospitality and customer service were extremely disappointing.

The apartment was clean, the staff were nice, and free parking was available for each apartment. The nearby Marassi Mall and Souq AlBraha Mall are both very nice. There’s also a supermarket, laundry, and gas station close by. To reach the mall, you can walk across the beach.

The atmosphere and service both went beyond what I expected, and the whole stay felt magical. I won’t forget the experience, and I’d highly recommend it! ✨

We came to Bahrain for the holidays and ended up spending the whole time in Marassi :D The flat was wonderfully clean and smelled great, and the staff were friendly. The beach is so close, and Marassi Mall was especially convenient. Thanks so much for a great stay!
