The mall is only a five-minute walk away, and the hotel itself is beautiful, classic, and well located. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The manager kindly arranged an early check-in, and Mr Qotub was just as kind about granting me a late checkout. The kitchen staff were lovely too. The chef even came out of the kitchen to ask how I liked my eggs. All the hotel staff are exceptionally polite and refined. I’ll definitely stay here again! 😊

The concierge team, especially Ahmad and Bashir, made the visit feel memorable by going out of their way to help. Reception was welcoming too. Our room was spacious and spotless, with a lovely view and a mattress that made for a good night's sleep. I've already told friends and family about the hotel, and hope to come back.

The hotel was pleasant, but Mica and the reception team are what made my stay stand out. They were warm, helpful, and took care of all my requests. Being able to walk to Seef Mall and its shops and restaurants was a real plus.

I visit very often, and this is the second time I've found the room floors not clean. Room service also took an hour and a half to bring the item I requested. Please give more attention to room cleaning and get requests delivered faster. I do want to thank Brother Imad for being kind, generous, tactful, and highly professional.

Ahmed looked after all our requests with a smile when we celebrated a friend's birthday at the hotel. The food was superb, from the soup and appetizer through the salad and main course, with good choices and flavors. Desserts were good too, and coffee and soft drinks were unlimited.
