Al Hayat Suites

The promised amenities were a letdown. The website advertised high-speed Wi-Fi, but it was so slow and unreliable that I couldn’t get work done, and both the gym and Swimming pool were closed. The room at Al Hayat Suites was also in poor shape: dust was visible, there was a musty smell, and the linens looked worn and questionable. At check-in, the receptionist seemed focused on her phone instead of helping, with little warmth or professionalism. From the moment I arrived, it didn’t feel up to the advertised standard. The lack of hygiene, poor service, and inadequate amenities made for a disappointing stay. I wouldn’t recommend it or return.

I only asked the reception staff for a type c charger, and they responded as if I’d asked for their kidney. They were really disrespectful and didn’t speak to me properly.

The receptionists showed no respect or culture and dealt with customers in a totally unprofessional way. They’re thieves. If they worked for me, I’d fire these buffoons straightaway.

The hotel itself is very nice, but there’s no hospitality because the receptionist, Omar with beard, has a bad attitude and provides bad service. I hope this message reaches the owner.
