I was in town for a quick two-day business trip and had a wonderful stay at the Arman Hotel Juffair. The location is lively, with dining and business areas easy to reach. Ms. Roche at reception provided excellent hospitality. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, making it comfortable to relax and catch up on work. Staff were professional, courteous, and efficient at both check-in and check-out. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, with its variety of fresh, tasty options. Highly recommended for a short visit, for work or leisure.

We felt luxurious from check-in through check-out. The buffet breakfast had loads of choices and was delicious, and the rooms were spotless and spacious, with lovely décor and crisp sheets. Frontline Manager Ms. Priyam Shrivastava and her staff paid close attention and did their best to make us comfortable. Highly recommend for families and friends coming as a group or team.

Room service was excellent, especially Mr. Jithin, Mr. Sirajul Islam, and Mr. Abhijith. They were attentive and professional, which made my stay even better. I had a very pleasant time at Arman Hotel. The room was tidy, clean, and comfortable, and they paid attention to details in both the room and bathroom. I'd recommend it for a comfortable, well-kept stay.

Such a nice place to stay. I want to thank one special person, Roche. She's so professional and gives everyone a warm smile. I could see she enjoys her work, and I really like the way she does it. Thank you so much for the lovely hospitality. ❤️❤️❤️

I felt uncomfortable during an interaction with Rosh at reception. She asked my partner several personal questions unrelated to the service, then asked him to help her find a job after learning he earns well. That felt unprofessional and inappropriate. She also commented on our relationship and told him not to spend too much money on me. Those remarks crossed a line. Customers should be able to get service without personal questions or unsolicited opinions about their private lives. I hope management addresses this and reminds staff to respect customers' privacy and keep things professional.
