A very nice, clean, hygienic place. The caretaker provided very good service and was available anytime there was an emergency.

A nice building in the Seef area, right near the exit toward City Centre signal and close to Royal Humanitarian Foundation.

Cockroaches were everywhere, including the bathroom, refrigerator, and microwave. The refrigerator wasn’t working.

The rent is cheap for the Seef area, but don't expect maintenance.
