The gym and swimming pool are good facilities. The location is let down a bit by the noisy construction that's been going on for years.

The apartment may be old, but it's kept in good shape, with clean, tidy rooms. Staff respond promptly to guests' needs and treat them really well. It's close to everything you need, so I highly recommend it.

Mr. Alwin and the rest of the staff were helpful and took care of our requests right away. Our apartment and bedrooms were spacious and clean, and the balcony was a real bonus for looking out at the Iconic and other buildings. Highly recommended.

The staff were so friendly, especially Mr. Alwin. Rooms were tidy and clean, with everything we needed, and the malls and restaurants were easy to reach. It's one of my favorite places in town, and a great choice for a group gathering or chill party. Highly recommend.
