The nightclub noise made it impossible to sleep, and even after we complained, neither the club nor the hotel did anything. I found the management highly unethical and felt they showed complete disregard for families. At this rate, it seems likely the hotel will be shut down soon.

Please do something about the loud music coming from your hotel in the middle of the night. Nearby residents need to be able to sleep without being disturbed. I’m surprised the local authorities haven’t visited and spoken with management about this.

The only good part of the hotel was the Indian restaurant. Its staff were polite and respectful, unlike the hotel management and other staff. The manager from (Egypt) had no professionalism or experience, treated guests badly, and didn’t know how to communicate with them. I’m never staying here again.

The reception staff were so friendly and kind, and the service felt perfect. It’s a clean place with a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at home. The location is convenient, parking is plentiful, and the hospitality really makes this hotel a gem. I’d happily recommend it.
