The modern furniture and overall design were a big plus for me. Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly and easy to approach. Ms. Daniella was especially welcoming. I absolutely loved the place and highly recommend it. ✔️👏

This was my first and last visit. The service was among the worst I've experienced at a hotel. The staff were terrible, and when the worker brought the pillows and bedding, he just threw them down and left instead of making the beds.

This was the worst stay of my life. The receptionist, especially one Indian guy and a philipino lady, were very rude and didn't know how to speak to guests. I can only give it 1 out of 10 stars, and even that feels undeserved.

I stayed for one day, and it was terrible. There was no cleaning. I can say with complete certainty that the bathrooms aren't cleaned properly. I tried cleaning the bathroom floor myself, and black dirt came out of the tile grout.
