Ramada by Wyndham Bahrain Hotel

The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh, with plenty of healthy choices. Our room was quiet and clean, and the staff were always helpful, providing things like slippers and a toothbrush when needed. Thank you to all the lovely staff.

We were just waiting for morning so we could get out as soon as possible. The hotel didn’t feel clean or comfortable, and I wouldn’t recommend it for families with kids. Our street-facing room had loud, constant traffic noise. It also had a connecting door, and around 3:00 AM we woke to very loud 18+ noises from the other room for nearly an hour. It made us extremely uncomfortable and didn’t feel like a family situation. I called reception for slippers and a toothbrush, but nobody brought them. After more than four hours I had to stop housekeeping in the hallway to get them myself. Breakfast was very poor, with nothing fresh, and wasn’t worth it. One of the worst experiences I’ve had.

Check-in and check-out were a mess. Everyone waited in the lobby for more than three hours, and the place seemed disorganized. They act as if every room checks out at 2, but that isn’t the case. Once we finally got in, the rooms were really cold. Connecting rooms were very noisy too. For a four-star hotel, the bathrooms lacked basics like a dental kit. I changed rooms and found there were no towels or slippers there either.

I visit this hotel regularly, and management has been good and accommodating. Ranjit was the manager on duty, and all the staff were helpful and cooperative. Breakfast usually has a mix of Indian, continental, and English food. I think they could add more protein options. Overall, a good experience.
