S Plaza Suites Hotel

I like the hotel itself and have stayed at S Plaza many times because it’s clean, comfortable, and has great facilities. The housekeeping team, security, and luggage staff are excellent, polite, respectful, and professional. The trouble is with reception and the people handling WhatsApp and phone communication. Their attitude was unprofessional, and they gave inaccurate information. What bothered me most was the repeated dishonesty and their insistence that things happened when they didn’t, with no apology or acknowledgment. I face reception problems every time I come back. The rooms and services aren’t what will hurt the hotel’s reputation, it’s the behavior of reception and communication staff.

Mr. Azim at reception made a real difference with his warm, professional manner. He took care of things attentively and genuinely, helping make the stay memorable. The in-room dining was excellent, with a good range of tasty dishes delivered promptly and nicely presented. S Suites Hotel Bahrain exceeded our expectations. The facilities felt new, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Its location near City Centre Mall was handy for shopping and exploring, and the sea views added a peaceful touch. We can’t wait to return and would recommend it to anyone visiting Bahrain.

Never again. The extra beds were awful, just metal, and felt like sleeping on a hard surface. When I asked for a mattress, Ibraheem answered with the rudest words. We returned the bed right away, but he still didn’t do the paperwork for the refund. The suite has a kitchen but no pans, so you have to buy them.

The apartments are nice and work well for families, with friendly staff, a comfortable bed, and a very good location. The sound insulation could be better, since you can hear some noise from neighbors.
