Park Regis Lotus Hotel

I spent almost three weeks at this hotel. The floor manager was attentive and good, and housekeeping deserves five stars, especially Ms. Lai, who personally made sure the room was prepared and kept in good condition. The restaurant was a letdown for my colleagues and me. Food took a very long time, and drinks weren't brought while we waited, apart from water. They knew the food would take a while, but there was no bread basket or breadsticks. I wouldn't go there for dinner when hungry. The staff were fairly polite, though there was always one bad apple, so I kept interaction to a minimum. Apart from that, the stay was alright.

Mr. Wael Nagy, the Front Office Manager, made a real difference during my stay at Park Regis Hotel. He treated guests with courtesy and patience, worked efficiently, and took a proactive approach to requests. His warm manner and attention to detail made my stay more comfortable. The service from arrival onward was smooth and exceeded my expectations. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were professional. It felt welcoming for both business and leisure. I highly recommend Park Regis Hotel and appreciate the excellent hospitality from Mr. Wael Nagy.

This was my second stay, and I came back thinking things might have changed within a week. They hadn't, and I'm still disappointed. For a star-rated hotel, this isn't acceptable, and I hope it changes soon. The room was missing bottled water, shampoo, and other amenities. Room service was late and may have forgotten my request. Nothing happened until I followed up after 25 minutes. There was also a bad smell, like eggs and other things, and loud sound could be heard in both my room and the hallway. Getting a simple tea at the restaurant took a long time too. I told a staff member wearing a coat, but he passed the message to someone else who was busy. This has happened before, and communication was difficult because the staff didn't understand well. At my first breakfast, I saw only two staff members. The man in a coat didn't help a guest who seemed ill, and when another guest raised his hand to ask for food, he walked away. Only one lady wearing a coat helped and served people until they were satisfied. Other staff showed poor communication and did not use proper hygiene. The experience did not meet the standard I expect from a star hotel.

The employees were courteous, understanding, and considerate, and the service was excellent. Special credit to Mr. Abhishek in the restaurant service for being so involved and understanding what customers need. Keep up the great work, and cheers to everyone.
