The water heater didn’t work, and we had to use another apartment just to shower. That was very inconvenient and felt unprofessional. The place is also beside a bar, so it’s noisy and not suitable for families or anyone wanting a quiet stay. The bedsheets were extremely unhygienic, with hair, blood stains, and insects on them. It didn’t look like the bedding had been properly washed between guests. This was a very disappointing experience, and the place fell short on basic cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. I’d give zero stars if I could.

We were there with friends and had a decent, nice stay. We used the swimming pool, though a shower facility nearby would be useful and give guests more privacy. There’s also a barbecue setup, but you need to bring your own charcoal, fuel, brush, and meat.

The rooftop pool could use better maintenance, but the hotel also has a gym and sauna. The staff were responsive and helpful, and I had a very good experience. The rooms are spacious. A two-bedroom suite has a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a large drawing and living room, with enough space for a family of five or six.

Getting around is easy from this prime location, and the hotel is good. The rooms are large, but the furniture and overall look are a bit old, and the toiletries could be better. I had a good experience, just not an excellent one 😊

The service was great, and I had a great experience. I recommend it to my friends. One of the best hotels in Juffair for a good price.
