RAMEE GRAND has the best location in the area, and I was impressed by the service. I enjoyed my stay and had a good time. Mr. Ehab, thanks for your efforts. You’re the best hotel manager of all times, and I hope to see you again. Halima, it was a pleasure meeting you too. Thank you for your kindness and respectful attitude.

Halima was so kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Her service made me feel valued and really added to the stay. Ramee Hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with spacious, tidy rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. I had a great experience and would happily recommend it. I look forward to staying again.

The staff made our stay worthwhile. Basher, Priya, and Al---something (sorry I forgot!) were all accommodating, answered my questions about places to visit in Bahrain, and helped load our luggage when we left for the airport. When we came back late from the games and the dining area had closed, the manager still let us eat. It seemed dinner hours were extended the next day too, which we really appreciated after being so tired. We were there for the Asian Youth Games and had a spacious, clean two-bedroom suite. The food was generally good, though after a few meals I wanted more variety. Our room was neat, but the dining area felt dark during our stay. I’d seen pictures where the curtains were open, and more light from the window would have made a big difference. I’m not sure whether renovations were going on. At night there was loud noise in the lobby, and the second floor smelled of cigar smoke. Our key card kept failing and had to be reactivated several times. Thanks, Ramee Grand Hotel and Spa! ❤️

The room was spacious and had a good view, but the hotel’s service and rooms have gone downhill. I don’t understand why they still take an insurance deposit, and at checkout I had to wait for an employee to inspect the room before it was returned. The room wasn’t clean, with stains on the carpet. One electrical outlet was loose, which felt dangerous, and the bathtub was leaking.

The food had a great range and tasted delicious, and the restaurant service was top-notch. My room was spacious, spotless, and had a lovely view, while the hotel’s location was close to everything but still peaceful. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Ramee Grand exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended.
