Al Misrea Tower

The convenient location and good Wi-Fi were about the only real positives for me. The fridge was full size, the employees were nice, and the manager and staff treated me kindly. But the owner seems to take little pride in how the place looks or in making improvements. Parking, cleanliness, noise, and value were all problems, and with no amenities I couldn’t see why the room cost so much. Al Misrea Tower sits on what felt like Bahrain’s loudest, busiest corner in Juffair. Motorcycles revved through the night and drivers honked constantly. The building did little to block it, and I could also hear the hallway and neighboring rooms, so sleeping was nearly impossible. Inside, the room was cramped, outdated, and dirty. The furniture was shabby, the sheets stained, and the bathroom needed a deep clean. The shower and toilet were both too small. The air ducts were filthy and made breathing difficult at night, while the light switches felt sticky and contaminated. I was disappointed with the accommodations and the overall stay, and would strongly advise avoiding it.
