When I arrived yesterday, November 4, 2023, I no longer felt this hotel was suitable for a family to stay even one night. It used to be a cute place with wonderful accommodations from 2016 to 2019. During the pandemic it was actually active, but since then the administration manager changed, and the restaurant also closed.

Room service is excellent, and the place is clean with a good location. Breakfast choices are limited, though, and the swimming pool needs more attention. The AC system is strange too, you have to call reception to send someone to the electrical box on the floor to turn it on or off.

We brought a delegation of about 80 people and stayed last February. The rooms weren’t very clean, there was no Wi-Fi, and none of the power outlets worked for charging. The key kept getting stuck too. We were disappointed.

I regretted staying even one night. There was no internet or breakfast, and the rooms were filthy, with hair from previous guests everywhere. Cockroaches were in the room with us. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at.

The room standard and quality fell short, and housekeeping never came. Our requests weren’t handled, even though we seemed to be the only couple in the hotel, so staff had time to take care of them. Booking.com’s room details were unclear too, it said “bath,” but there was no tub.
