8/10
There’s ample parking on the first floor, and small supermarkets beside the hotel make quick shopping easy. It’s also close to the 338 block, with plenty of restaurants, pubs, and upscale nightlife within walking distance. A good choice for short stays and anyone wanting easy access to dining and nightlife. The rooms and common areas were clean and in good condition, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and reliable. One thing to know: there’s a 100 SAR (10 BHD) security deposit, returned at checkout.

The rooms were clean, but the beds were only average and the linen was so-so. Soundproofing is absolutely shocking, especially with an Arabic/Indian nightclub playing music until 230am. There was no chance of getting to sleep before then. I’ll never stay here again.

The rooms are nice and the location is good, but basic help from the staff was so poor that I’d say this place is a BIG NO if you need anything. If you don’t need hotel staff, it might work for you. We asked for spoons twice. The first time, staff weren't sure they had any, then said there weren't enough because other people were using them. The second time, they forgot to bring them. Housekeeping was no better: after we requested a room cleaning, we were told someone would come right away, but we waited more than two hours and no one showed up. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping. There’s also a club in the building, with nonstop music and thumping at night until 3-4 am. It gets really noisy.
