The Spot Residence

The manager told me he would not accept me at his property because of my previous bookings, saying I had brought people with me. When I asked why I hadn’t been asked about damage at the time, he said that day was over and he would not accept me today. The property rejected my booking, asking for a deposit over possible damage. I don’t know whether they realize they can read and understand English well, but I’d like to see today.

The manager was rude and didn’t know how to treat a guest politely. Instead of speaking kindly, he talked in his language and laughed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone visit this hotel. Never again.

The bed and shower were the two good things. The rest of the place felt worn out, more like 2.5 stars at best. The pool area was neglected, with dirty, worn chairs. People gathered there at night, and by morning nobody had cleaned up the empty beer cans or cigarette filters. A sticky patch had been there for about five days. The kitchen had very little equipment, no pans, and the cooking utensils were melted and unusable. The room ventilation was unstable. We only got two large towels and nothing else. I only learned after five days that I had to ask reception for housekeeping, which they hadn’t explained at check-in.

Everything was good. A comfortable place to stay with family.
