The staff were friendly, though a bit stingy with the complimentary items. The hotel itself is basic, and some furniture was dirty and somewhat damaged. The lighting in the sitting room was the most annoying detail for me: one wall lamp had warm light, while the one beside it was white.

There’s plenty of space, it’s quiet, and there are three bathrooms. Check-in was fast, and a hyper supermarket is nearby. The refrigerator is medium-sized. I expected something more luxurious, but it’s quite ordinary, and the parking isn’t covered. Also, the microwave doesn’t work.

We’ll definitely stay again. It’s newly renovated, clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds. It’s very close to grand mosque and near the food streets.

The pool is really dirty and muddy, with a lot of debris floating in it. They filled it with water after winter but didn’t clean it first. The gym is dirty too, and all the equipment is wrecked. Cleanliness is very poor.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and housekeeping is very good. The staff are welcoming and friendly.
