It's the second day of our three-day stay, and the hotel is truly stunning. What impressed us most, though, has been the customer service. My daughter gave us the stay as a birthday gift, and the staff went above and beyond with flower bouquets, cake and decorations in our room. Everyone we've met has been polite, courteous and incredibly helpful. Special thanks to Ashley, Elaine, Avee, Mostafa (lounge team), Henry (Poolside), Victor (Security), Anita (Villa) and Denny. You've made our stay memorable, and we'll definitely see you again soon!

The evening I hosted a dinner was a highlight. The hotel recommended one of their sixteen Michelin-starred restaurants, and it was spot on. The dishes were delicious and expertly made, with live music creating a magical atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond and made me feel like a VIP throughout. My experience with The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain was extraordinary from the first contact. Miss Maria Mildred was warm and professional, and handled my phone and email requests impeccably. She promptly sent the confirmation and arranged a smooth airport pick-up. On arrival I was graciously welcomed and given an upgraded room, beautifully decorated and prepared for comfort. Details like the plush linens and stunning décor showed the hotel's commitment to luxury and excellence. The whole trip was perfect thanks to the attentive service and warm hospitality. Luxury, personal care and attention to detail come together here. I can't recommend it enough and look forward to returning soon. Ritz-Carlton Bahrain truly redefines Opulence and Hospitality. A 100% memorable experience!

We spent two nights here, mainly to relax and enjoy the private beach and pool in a resort setting, and it suited that purpose well. The hotel is large, with something for different age groups, and breakfast was nice. I found the room average. You’ll need taxis to get around, which is normal in Bahrain. Booking early may help you get a better price.

Ayu gave me an outstanding deep tissue massage, and I’d definitely recommend her. The whole spa team was exceptional and clearly wanted guests to enjoy their time there. Rona and Patricia were especially helpful in the ladies locker room and always went the extra mile. Thank you all.
