We arrived after the official 3:00 PM check-in time and still waited in the lobby for about 30 minutes. There was no welcoming refreshment, courtesy, or effort to make up for the delay. Jenny at reception came across as arrogant and dismissive, and her handling of the interaction felt highly unprofessional, with little basic hospitality or guest-service skill. I tried reaching Front Office Manager Alaa Alsaleem about it, but got no response and saw no concern for guest comfort or satisfaction. The reception experience was the worst I’ve ever had and left a very negative impression. It was far below what I expect from a hospitality establishment.

The management and staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive to the details. The property was very clean and well maintained, in a prime area close to essential services. It offered an elegant, comfortable, and peaceful stay, a premium living experience I’d recommend without hesitation.

The location is perfect, and the hotel is really nice. Everyone on staff is great, especially Zahra, who’s been very helpful. Hope you’re doing well!

They cancelled my reservation less than 24 hours before arrival, just four hours before I was due to arrive while I was already on my way. When I asked for another option, they refused and said the cancellation wasn’t in their hands. That was unacceptable. I spoke with the manager, who was the worst, and the staff all had a bad attitude. Very bad management. I won’t deal with them again, and I advise everyone to stay away and find another hotel that respects its guests.

Our apartment was spacious and chic, with stunning views and a fantastic location near the avenues mall. The room was pristine, modern, and comfortable, with lovely bedding. Everything felt spotless and well stocked, and there were endless gourmet options. The food was delicious, the pools were great, and the steam rooms were relaxing. The staff were kind, professional, and attentive, consistently going above and beyond. They made us feel like royalty from the moment we arrived and arranged everything perfectly. Miss Zahra and the team, including the people at the front desk and at breakfast, made the experience personal and unforgettable. Truly a 5-star hotel, even 7-star! We can’t wait to return. Thanks once again.
