Lamiss at the front desk and reception was so friendly and helpful, with a warm smile and positive attitude. We were lucky to meet her, and she made the stay even nicer. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we had a fun, relaxing stay. I’d definitely visit again!

Ms. Jacklyn from Sales and Ms. Mary at reception went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. They were helpful and attentive, and their pleasant manner made our stay memorable for a very special occasion. They’re both a real asset to the team. We were welcomed warmly and professionally as soon as we arrived. We had a wonderful experience, will recommend the hotel to friends and family, and look forward to coming back soon!

Lamis made a real difference to my stay. She was attentive, helpful, professional, and kept a positive attitude throughout. The room was clean, the service ran smoothly, and the whole place felt comfortable and well organized. I had a great time and would recommend the hotel. I’d be happy to come back.

The pool was excellent, and breakfast had a great range of choices. My room was comfortable and well kept, while the staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help. The atmosphere was relaxing, so I really enjoyed my stay at The Diplomat Radisson Blu. I’d gladly return and recommend it.

This was my fifth time at the hotel, and I still haven't been disappointed. Ms. Sneha and Mr. Amr made us feel at ease as soon as we arrived. They were welcoming and professional, and check-in was quick and easy. The front desk service was excellent.
