The rooms were roomy and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. It’s good value for money and I’d stay again. The location is good too, though parking is a bit hit and miss and on the street.

The rooms were spotless and really comfortable, and the location worked great for us. Everyone was welcoming and helpful during the stay. Taufik at the front desk stood out with his big smile and upbeat attitude. Thanks, buddy!

We found the place worth the price, and everything apart from breakfast was good. The rooms are roomy and clean, though the balcony was not, which didn't matter much to me. Some of the furniture is a bit dated, but it wasn't a big issue, and the water and AC worked fine. Breakfast is mostly eggs and toast. It was okay for two days, but staying longer would mean eating the same thing every morning, which wouldn't be great. The location is good and the staff are friendly.

The stay was very nice overall. I was there for almost 11 days, from 18-28 July 2023, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Rates were reasonable, and I even told two friends to check in here. Mr. Omar on the evening reception shift was polite, helpful, and cooperative, always ready to give good service. The morning receptionist, though, was rude, aggressive, and arrogant, and wouldn't negotiate on anything. That rigid behavior could hurt the hotel's business, and I don't think staff like that should be at reception. I'd recommend dealing with Mr. Omar in the evening.

The beds were very comfortable, and sunlight filled our room nicely. The rooms have a luxurious, modern look, with a great TV unit and smart TV. Everything was renewed very well, and the place was clean. The staff were friendly too. A few things were missing: there was no toothpaste or tea cups, and some rooms have no window. When we asked for water, we were told it would cost extra.
