We paid 300 dinars a month for 10 months, and the experience was awful. The rooms and service were poor, and everything felt dirty and old. The receptionist was especially rude and unprofessional, speaking in an inappropriate way and behaving as if he were at a bazaar. I think the building owner should take another look at the authority this person has. He also said we couldn't invite friends over. I plan to file an official complaint with Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Labour, and Civil Defence, and ask for a full inspection.

We only stayed for a few hours, maybe five, but the room had a really bad smell and wasn't properly clean. The staff's attitude was poor, especially the receptionist, Momin. They charged us another 15bd because we checked out late, even though the rate for a full night is only 20bd. That doesn't seem fair. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone, it's the worst.

We are completely sure we left our chain in the room, but when we called to ask, they said it wasn't there. The next time, I left all my cosmetics behind. When we called the following day, they said housekeeping had thrown them in the trash. Even if you find just one pin left by a customer, it's your responsibility to keep it or contact the person, since you have their details. This was one of my worst customer service experiences.
