I come here regularly, two days a week. For the price, the room and equipment are reasonable. The problem is the noise from nearby rooms, with drunk, loud customers playing music all night. The rooms aren't soundproof, so it's really hard to sleep. I called the staff in charge, but they couldn't control it or do anything to manage the situation. Keep this up and you won't have polite, good customers for long. It'll end up full of drunks wandering around.

During our five-day stay, housekeeping never cleaned the apartment. We had to keep asking for tissues and soap refills and for the garbage to be taken away, all of which should be basic hotel service. The place also felt unsuitable for families: the hotel should have been upfront about the atmosphere and surroundings instead of marketing itself as family-friendly. I wouldn't recommend it to families wanting a peaceful, comfortable stay. I booked four nights, 28.01-01.02.2025, based on recommendations that suggested a family-friendly environment. Instead, bars and clubs nearby meant loud music and noise through the night, making it very difficult to rest. The neighbor in the next apartment was also noisy all night. From the surroundings and activity, it seemed likely the apartment was being used for nightlife purposes, and we felt uncomfortable and unsafe. We also saw people waiting for companions for the night, which added to the unpleasant atmosphere. The hotel should describe the setting honestly and reclassify itself. Places like this should be away from quiet, culturally respectful areas so guests aren't misled.

We had a smooth stay over the Eid Holiday, after booking for 2 nights last March 30 - April 3, 2025. I have no complaint about BW Suites and Spa itself. My issue was with a security guard from Lotus Hotel, which shares the compound. At checkout, I was waiting in reception for our clearance and had to leave my vehicle beside the exit because there were no spaces in the hotel's receiving area. Cars could still get through and I wasn't causing traffic; other guests also parked while checking out. I told the guard I needed to check out and had no choice about where to leave the car, but he shouted at me repeatedly and was very rude, including shouting at me as a woman. I stayed calm, but he continued. The hotel reservation manager eventually came over and stopped the commotion. That guard was very disrespectful.
