Hayat Palace Hotel

The staff were very rude, and the hotel didn't provide cutlery. They told us to go buy it at the supermarket.

I'm here on the 10-day quarantine package with three meals. The food portions are more than enough, though the taste is hit or miss. Staff sometimes respond right away, but at other times I have to call reception three or four times. The room wasn't cleaned before I checked in, and cleanliness is 2/5. Staff are 3/5, and food is 3/5. Everything about the hotel is below average.

The room has no view and costs 30 bd, but doesn't even have a kettle or glasses. They won't bring cups or glasses to the room either. I agree with everyone saying this is the worst hotel. The workers are a bunch of lazy people, and I hope the owner replaces the whole staff. I'd never come back and would advise others not to stay here.

The worst experience ever. I had to do everything I needed from the hotel myself. Even though I'd paid in advance, they wouldn't bring food delivery to my room and demanded that I come downstairs to collect it.
